Register or log in at igniterecognition.com/synchrony
If you haven't registered for Synchrony Ignite, you'll need your Merchant ID.

Once you access the site, click the Challenge tab at the top of the  screen.

From your Challenge List, select Application Challenge and read the Challenge details.

When you process an application, take note of the Application Key. You will use it to submit a claim on Ignite.

To submit a claim, return to the Synchrony Ignite Application Challenge and enter the App Key(s) in the App Key field.
Please note: App Keys must be submitted within 30 days of the application date.
